Shipping & Exchange Policy

This Shipping & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made through the Wild Planet website (wildplanetmusic.com) and in-store. In this policy, “Wild Planet” refers to Wild Planet Music T-Shirts Posters, operating as Wild Planet.

Shipping

Wild Planet ships orders from Winnipeg, Manitoba using third-party shipping carriers. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where applicable.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or service disruptions.

Once an order has been shipped, Wild Planet is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

United States Orders

Due to recent import changes and required pre-paid customs clearance fees, only vinyl records are available for shipment to the United States through this website.

Other product categories are not available for shipment to U.S. addresses through the website, as shipping costs and required pre-paid customs clearance fees cannot be accurately calculated until a shipping quote is obtained.

If you wish to ship non-vinyl items to the United States, please contact us to request an order. U.S. shipments of non-vinyl items require pre-paid customs clearance fees, which are calculated at the time a shipping quote is obtained.

To request a U.S. order for non-vinyl items, please contact us with the following information:

  • The item(s) you would like to purchase (product links or SKU numbers are helpful)
  • Your full shipping address (including postal/ZIP code and country)
  • A valid email address and phone number (required by shipping carriers)

We will confirm availability, provide an accurate shipping quote that includes the required pre-paid customs clearance fees, and issue an invoice upon confirmation. Orders are processed only after payment is received.

International Orders (Outside Canada & USA)

International orders outside of Canada and the United States are shipped by request only and are not available for checkout through this website.

To request an international order, please contact us with the following information:

  • The item(s) you would like to purchase (product links or SKU numbers are helpful)
  • Your full shipping address (including postal/ZIP code and country)
  • A valid email address and phone number (required by shipping carriers)

We will confirm availability, provide an accurate shipping quote, and issue an invoice upon confirmation. Orders are processed only after payment is received.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Wild Planet is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

For U.S. and international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.

Wild Planet does not control these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. Wild Planet does not accept returns or issue refunds for purchases made online or in-store.

Exchanges (Clothing Items Only)

Wild Planet offers exchanges only for clothing items, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of purchase or delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is not available, an exchange may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return shipping to Wild Planet and shipping of the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

In-Store Purchases

All in-store sales are final. Exchanges are available for clothing items only, subject to the conditions outlined above.
